We build products that last longer. And if BACH builds it, BACH stands by it. We guarantee five years warranty on unexpected issues related to materials and manufacturing defects. The warranty applies in all countries where a BACH product has been sold by us or our authorized dealers.
If you purchased your BACH product from one of our dealers, please directly contact them regarding your warranty claim with a proof of purchase. If you bought your product on our website, please fill in the contact form with as many details and images as possible.
If a claimed product meets our warranty criteria, we will repair, replace or refund it. In line with our sustainability-first policy, repair will always be our first choice and we will offer a replacement or refund only if the repair is not possible.
We reserve the right to refuse a warranty claim if the warranty conditions are not met.
Our warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse or negligence (manual damage)
- Scratches or discoloration caused by wrong washing or drying
- Over-use (impact) damages or stains
We don’t stop looking after our products after the warranty period. We are continuously establishing Care & Repair Centers (currently in Germany and Switzerland), where not only warranty repairs are carried out, but also life-extending repair and maintenance services are offered to customers at reasonable prices.
